Primary Rhinoplasty #31602

This is a 26 year old male requesting rhinoplasty with requesting nasal straightening, dorsal reduction, elevation of his tip and narrowing. He had a rhinoplasty which included dorsal takedown, medial and lateral osteotomies, cephalic trim, columellar strut batten grafts, plumping grafts, tip grafting and binding sutures. These are his results 4 months after surgery.
