This is a 35 year old man who came to us while living in Japan. He wanted to keep some of his ethnic characteristics, but was unhappy with his high nasal dorsum and droopy tip. He underwent a male rhinoplasty which included removal of excess nasal dorsum, cephalic trim, columellar strut grafting as well as alar base narrowing.
