31 year old female who presented to the offices of Dr. Ginsburg requesting lowering of her nasal dorsum and shortening and elevation of her nasal tip. These are her results 6 months after a reduction rhinoplasty which included removal of her excess nasal dorsum, cephalic trip, division and overlay of the lateral crura for the tip rotation and deprojection and tip defining sutures.
