24 year old female who presented to the offices of Dr. Ginsburg requesting straightening of her nasal deviation as well as lowering of her dorsum. She had a rhinoplasty which inclued a dorsal resection, medial and lateral osteotomies, radix graft, spreader grafts, tip defining sutures and columellar strut. She is shown here 4 months after rhinoplasty.
