Revision Rhinoplasty #41761

The patient, a 21-year-old female, presented with issues following a primary rhinoplasty performed elsewhere. She experienced left-sided nasal obstruction, overprojection, overrotation, and septal deviation. We performed a revision rhinoplasty to address these concerns. Post-operative images taken at 3 months and 9 months after the procedure show notable improvements. The nasal profile shows reduced projection and improved alignment. The septum was straightened to improve breathing. Tip rotation is more balanced than in the pre-operative images.
