This 17-year-old Hispanic patient came to Dr. Ginsburg for a primary rhinoplasty. Before surgery, she had moderate skin thickness, adequate rotation, and good projection, along with a high dorsum and a rounded tip. Her surgery focused on two areas: dorsal reduction to lower the bridge and tip refinement to add definition. The after photos were taken 12 months post-op, when swelling has largely resolved in most patients and the final tip shape is readable. In profile, the dorsal line now sits lower and the nasal tip appears more defined, creating a balanced result that suits her features. Every patient’s anatomy and goals are different, and individual results vary.
