This primary rhinoplasty patient had moderate skin thickness, adequate rotation, and good projection before surgery. The surgical work focused on two specific areas: dorsal reduction to lower a high dorsum and tip refinement to address tip roundness. The after photos were taken at 12 months post-op. At that point, swelling has largely resolved in most patients, and the tip shape is readable. In profile, you can see the dorsal line sits lower, and the nasal tip is more defined.
