This is a primary rhinoplasty case for a 24-year-old woman, shown here at five months post-op. The lateral profile in the before photo shows a dorsal hump visible along the bridge. In the after photo, taken from the same angle, the dorsal line is straighter and the tip appears more defined, with the overall profile reading as a cohesive line from bridge to tip.
