The skill of the surgeon, meaning experience and reputation, is a major factor that will influence the cost of rhinoplasty. In general, a more experienced surgeon who performs a lot of rhinoplasties per year and has had extensive training will charge more than someone who is not as well known to have good results. This is a factor to consider. In this case, it is worth it to pay more to have better peace of mind regarding the fact that you are in good hands and you can be more confident in your outcome.

Does Geographic Location Affect the Cost?

Surgeons in or near large cities will generally have higher price tags than those further out in the suburbs or rural locations.
