This is a primary rhinoplasty case for a 25-year-old woman. The before photo shows a dorsal hump visible along the bridge in profile. At three months post-op, the after photo shows a straighter dorsal line with a reduction of that hump, and the tip appears more refined in projection. Swelling at three months is largely resolved, though some residual tissue settling can still occur beyond this point.
