Case Notes
The patient, a 34-year-old female, underwent primary septorhinoplasty using ultrasonic techniques to address nasal valve collapse, turbinate hypertrophy, and a deviated septum. Preoperatively, she presented with a high, wide dorsum, high radix, slightly hanging columella, and a tip deviated to the right. The postoperative images, taken three months after the procedure, demonstrate a refined nasal contour with improved symmetry. The dorsum appears narrower, and the columella is adjusted, contributing to a more balanced nasal profile. The tip deviation has been corrected, aligning more centrally.
